                               RESOLUTION NO. 19705
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND THE 
                   CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO EXECUTE AND ATTEST, 
                   RESPECTIVELY, AGREEMENTS WITH BRUNO'S, INC. 
                   AND THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF 
                   TRANSPORTATION RELATIVE TO THE INSTALLATION 
                   OF A TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT THE INTERSECTION OF 
                   STATE ROUTE 58 AND ELLER ROAD AND THE FOOD 
                   MAX SHOPPING CENTER NORTH DRIVEWAY.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works and the City Finance Officer be and are hereby 
       authorized to execute and attest, respectively, Agreements with 
       Bruno's, Inc. and the Tennessee Department of Transportation 
       relative to the installation of a traffic signal at the 
       intersection of State Route 58 and Eller Road and the Food Max 
       Shopping Center north driveway.
